FOR REFERRED CUSTOMERS

Your connection. The right information in one place.

Your electrician or builder may have asked you to send information to Masters for the Level 2 part of your project. Start with what you have. Include the business that referred you so we can match your information to the right conversation.

Our part in your project

We assess and carry out the agreed specialist supply and connection work. Your referring business may continue to manage the wider project. Sending property information does not change the agreed communication, quotation or payment arrangements.

A few details are enough to start.

You do not need every technical detail before getting in touch. Send the information your contractor requested and tell us anything that is still being worked out.

  • The business that referred you and your job reference, if known.
  • Your name and a phone number or email address.
  • The property address, or lot and suburb for a new site.
  • A short description of what is planned or what you have been asked to provide.
  • When a response is needed, separately from when the work is required.
Prepare your property information

Have a plan or existing photos?

A site plan, connection correspondence or photos you already have can be useful. Include your referring business and job reference when emailing supporting files.

Email supporting information

Use safe, accessible wide views only. Keep covers closed. Do not climb, touch electrical equipment or approach damaged poles, wires or switchboards for a photo.

Keep the right people connected.

Your referring business may continue to manage communication. The information you send helps us establish the correct project and contact; it does not change who receives a quotation or who has agreed to pay.

Submitting information is not a quotation, technical approval or confirmed work date.

Only send what the project needs.

Send only information needed for this project. Do not include identification documents, card details, account passwords or medical records. If a bill is requested later, keep unrelated payment information out of the copy.

How we handle your information

Ready when you have the basics.

Start with the property, referring business and a short explanation. Supporting information can follow.
