ILLUSTRATIVE HANDOVER

Know what is complete. Know what comes next.

A useful handover helps your team close out its own project. This example shows the information that can be agreed for a Level 2 job. The final records depend on the scope and applicable requirements.

Tell us what your close-out needs.

If your builder, insurer or customer needs a particular report or record, include that requirement when you enquire. We confirm the documentation within our scope and identify anything another party must supply.

The handover starts with a clear quotation.

Inclusions, exclusions, assumptions and dependencies establish what completion means for our part of the project. They also make it clear what remains with your team.
