Information you provide.
The ServiceM8 enquiry form collects the contact, business, property and job details you choose to provide, together with any relevant files you submit. Our optional guided brief prepares text in your current browser page. Preparing a brief does not send it to Masters; using Copy places that text on your device’s clipboard. The helper does not save the details in browser storage, website analytics or page links. Only provide information you are authorised to share.
How enquiry information is used.
We use enquiry information to respond, assess the proposed works, prepare a scope or quotation and coordinate an agreed job. If you contact us by phone or email, we use the details you provide for the same purposes.
ServiceM8 enquiries and attachments.
Our enquiry form is provided by ServiceM8 and displayed within the website, with an option to open it directly. Details are sent to Masters through ServiceM8 when you submit that form. Submitted job information and attachments are handled through our ServiceM8 account and associated enquiry notifications. Customer files are not added to this website’s public image library.
Website services and tracking.
No advertising pixels, optional analytics or call tracking are installed on this website. The embedded enquiry form, its anti-spam services and YouTube videos use external providers. Those providers may process technical information and use their own cookies or similar technologies when loaded. YouTube players load after you select a video.
Keep the enquiry relevant.
Avoid sending identification documents, payment card details or other unnecessary sensitive information through a website enquiry. We will discuss any additional information needed for the agreed works.
