WORKING TOGETHER
We look after your customer and your name.
Bring Masters in for the Level 2 work, with the scope, customer contact and quotation arrangements agreed around your business. Start with one job and build the relationship from there.

Choose how we communicate.
Tell us which arrangement suits this project. We will confirm the contacts and what should be shared before dealing with your customer.
Deal through our business.
You remain the customer’s main contact. We discuss the Level 2 requirements, quotation and job arrangements with your nominated person.
Coordinate with our customer and keep us informed.
We can arrange the agreed site details directly with your customer and keep your nominated contact across the relevant updates.
Quote our customer directly.
You introduce the job, and we discuss and quote the agreed Level 2 scope with your customer. We confirm what your team still needs to coordinate.
Contact arrangements are only one part of the agreement.
We ask who should receive the quotation and who is intended to pay for the work as separate questions. A request to contact your customer does not automatically transfer payment responsibility. The contracting party and payment terms are confirmed in the quotation.
Quote recipient
Your business, your customer or another nominated party. Tell us who needs the quotation and who can approve the scope.
Payment responsibility
Identify the intended paying party. If this is still to be agreed, tell us before the quotation is prepared.
Respect for the business that brought us in.
Your reputation is part of the job. We keep trade pricing and internal discussions separate from customer-facing information, and communicate within the arrangement we agree with you.
Agreed scope, visible boundaries
If your customer asks about work outside our agreed role, we refer the request back to you before a separate scope is discussed.
No surprises in the customer conversation
Tell us about the commitments already made, any sensitive details and who should approve changes. We can then represent the Level 2 part of your job with the right context.
Changes agreed before additional work
When a changed condition affects the proposed work, scope or price, the change is referred to the agreed decision-maker for approval before additional work proceeds. Immediate safety requirements are handled according to the circumstances.
Know what is needed next.
At the start, we establish the information needed to assess the job, your quotation deadline and the proposed work dates. These are separate milestones. A requested date is not a confirmed booking.
At enquiry
Send the details you have. Our review identifies any missing information and establishes the next step and a suitable quotation timeframe.
During coordination
Agree the main contact, who needs updates and how changes should be approved. Dependencies such as access, other trades or approvals are made part of the job conversation.
At handover
Agree the completion information your project needs. Keep site work, documentation and any outstanding action visible as separate items.
Start with one job.
There is no lengthy partner application before you can enquire. Bring us an individual project, an early quotation question or a request for additional Level 2 capacity. We will assess the scope, location and timing before confirming whether we can help.
A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
Before we get started.
Can you work directly with our customer without taking over the relationship?
Yes. Tell us what you want us to coordinate, who should receive updates and which matters need to come back through your business. We confirm those arrangements for the project.
Can you quote our customer but keep our trade pricing private?
Yes. Your trade pricing and internal correspondence stay separate. We confirm the customer-facing scope and quotation arrangement with you first.
Can we use Masters when our regular Level 2 contractor is unavailable?
You are welcome to enquire. Send the work required, location and dates so we can check scope and availability for that job.
Send us your next Level 2 job.
Start with one project. Send the location, a short scope and the timing you are working towards.
