Give us your proposed work date, the expected interruption and any known reconnection requirements.

Different work. The same need for coordination.

A defined scope and work window help everyone understand the arrangement.

Electrical works

Planned service works associated with alterations, upgrades or replacement of electrical infrastructure.

Roofing works

Assessment of supply disconnection, point-of-attachment and reconnection requirements around roof works.

Tree works

Assessment of a planned electrical disconnection required for the proposed arborist works.

Confirm the scope before confirming the plan.

Not every disconnection is within the same authority or work arrangement. We assess the required Level 2 work and whether network involvement or other arrangements are needed.

Discuss what needs to be ready for reconnection.

The site condition, completed works and relevant testing or connection requirements affect when reconnection can proceed. Any target window needs to account for these dependencies.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before we get started.

Can you disconnect and reconnect on the same day?

Send your intended work window. We can discuss whether the scope, site conditions, availability and any network requirements support that arrangement. Same-day reconnection is not assumed before assessment.

Can an arborist or roofer arrange the work directly?

Yes. Include the site details, work description and any relevant existing photos so the electrical scope and any additional requirements can be assessed.

Bring us into your next job.

Send the site details and a brief scope. Let’s work through the Level 2 requirements.
